  • Career Conversations administrators create conversations that are used by managers and employees.

    Conversations are created by managers to facilitate growth and development plans with employees. Growth Plans can be created from a conversion.

    Field Description
    Employee Select from the list of users in your organization.

    This field replaces the Mentee field when the Conversation type field is set to Growth Conversations or Growth Plan Check-ins.

    Manager Select from the list of managers in your organization.

    This field replaces the Mentor field when the Conversation type field is set to Growth Conversations or Growth Plan Check-ins.

    Mentee Select from the list of users in your organization.

    This field replaces the Employee field when the Conversation type field is set to Mentoring Conversations.

    Mentor Select from the list of users in your organization.

    This field replaces the Manager field when the Conversation type field is set to Mentoring Conversations.

    Cadence Select the frequency at which the conversation occurs.
    Conversation type Select from the list of conversations available in your organization.
    Title The title of the conversation. This information is visible to users.
    Active When selected, the conversation is published and visible to users.
    Table name Select the table containing the data that you want to use.

    This field appears only when the Conversation type field is set to Mentoring Conversations.

    Related record Select the record you want to use from the table you specified in the Table name field.

    This field appears only when the Conversation type field is set to Mentoring Conversations.
