  • Update or edit reservations in Workplace using the Workplace Service Delivery for Mobile application. Update your location, date, and time of your existing reservations.

    Make sure that you have the following applications:

    • Workplace Core
    • Workplace Reservation Management
    • Workplace Concierge
    • Indoor Mapping
    • Workplace Central
    • Workplace Space Management
    • Workplace Space Mapping

    Role required: sn_wsd_core.workplace_user

    Procedimento

    1. Log in to the Now Mobile® app.
    2. Access your Workplace Service Delivery for Mobile instance.
    3. Tap and select the Workplace location pin icon (workplace location pin launch icon.) from the mobile home page.
      The location pin changes to a blue pin icon ( Blue pin location icon.). The workplace screen appears for you to coordinate your workdays and collaborate with your preferred collaborators.
    4. Create a reservation for a day or create bulk reservations.
    5. Select the Reservations tab.
      By default, the Reservations tab is selected.
    6. Review your reservations available in Your reservations for today (in case of a single day reservation) or Your reservations for <selected-date> (in case of bulk reservations) Agenda view.
    7. The agenda view shows all reservations created from using the Advanced Reservation web portal and the Now Mobile® app.
      You can view the type of reservation in the agenda view. For example, All day, Group reservation, neighborhood reservations, and so on.

    8. Select the Actions menu icon (More information icon.) for a reservation.

      1. Edit reservations: Select Edit reservations to edit an existing reservation and update it with a new date, time, and location.

        Update your reservations to change the start time and date or end time or date and the location. You can also remove or edit workplace services from your existing reservations. After you update a reservation, the reservation subject name is changed automatically to the space name for which you are updating the reservation. For example, Reservation for C1-04-01, where C1-04-01 is the space name.

        Nota:
        When you try to edit a group reservation, the Edit Group Parent option is available for a group reservation. Selecting this option opens the group parent reservation in the Reservation Summary Page. For more information about how to create a group reservation, see Create a group reservation.
      2. SelectEdit.

        Nota:
        You cannot change the Reservable Module Configuration (for Example, Desks) when you are updating a reservation. This option is inactive or in a read-only mode by default.
      3. Select When to open a dialog box to update the date and time of an existing reservation.
        Enter the new Date, Start time, and End time for updating a reservation. Tap Select to update the date and time of your reservation to find an alternative space.

      4. Select Where to open a dialog box.
        Enter the new location to update an existing reservation's location. Update the Campus, Building, Floor, and Preferred Neighborhood of a reservation. Tap Select to update the location of your reservation to find an alternative space.

    9. Select Update reservation to update your reservation.
