  • Change your existing Zoom account connection in your ServiceNow® instance.

    Role required: admin, Zoom admin

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to Zoom App Marketplace and sign into your other Zoom account which you want to connect to your existing ServiceNow instance.
    2. Log in to your ServiceNow instance.
    3. Navigate to All > Employee Center > Employee Center for Zoom > Setup.
    4. On the Connect to an account form, select Change account.
    5. On the Confirm Change Account pop-up page, select OK.
    6. Enter CHANGE in the Type CHANGE to continue field, and then select Override connection.

      Nota:
      You can have different domains, which have different Zoom accounts mapped.

    Resultado

    Your existing ServiceNow instance is successfully connected to another Zoom account.
