    • Create a universal request with the help of the Virtual Agent. You can access the Virtual Agent from the Microsoft Teams application.

    Procedimento

    1. Launch the Microsoft Teams application.
    2. Open the Now Virtual Agent chat window.
    3. Enter your query in the chat window.
      The Virtual Agent prompts you to select the type of help that you need.
    4. Select Employee help request (Teams template).
    5. Summarize your issue.
    6. Confirm if the request contains any sensitive information.

    Resultado

    A universal request is created for the issue.
