    • As a legal fulfiller, accept or reject to an incoming legal request assignment from the Legal Counsel Center Inbox.

    Role required: sn_lg_ops.legal_fulfiller

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > Legal Request > Legal Counsel Center.
    2. Select the Inbox icon (Inbox icon).
    3. Select Available from Status to indicate that you are available.
    4. When a legal request assignment comes through the chat queue, accept or reject the Accept.
      ActionSteps
      Accept assignment Select Accept.
      Nota:
      The legal request will be assigned to you.
      Reject assignment Select Reject.
      Nota:
      The legal request will be assigned to next agent available according to the availability, capacity and skills.
