Gift Policies form
Use the Gift Policies form to add policy in accordance with your organization's policy.
| Field | Description |

| Name | Display name of the gift policy. |
| Description | Description of the policy. |
| Category | The category of transaction. Nota: You can add subcategories as per your requirement. For more information, see Add a subcategory for the intake form. |
| Transaction type | The type of transaction between the parties.

| Recipient type | Recipient that is either internal or external to the organization.
|
| Maximum amount allowed | The maximum permissible value for gifts or entertainment. An approval flow is triggered when the submitted disclosure exceeds the maximum amount allowed. |
| Effective from date | Date from which the policy is active. |
| Effective to date | Date on which the policy becomes inactive. |
| Active | Option for if the gift policy is active. |
