Add a role applicant to an opportunity role

  • Role applicants are employees who have applied to a role that is part of an opportunity. As an Opportunity Marketplace admin [sn_opp_market.admin], you can add role applicants to an opportunity role.

    Antes de Iniciar

    Role required: Opportunity Marketplace [sn_opp_market.admin]

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > Opportunity Marketplace > Role Applicants.
    2. Select New.
      • Employee
      • Role
      • State
      • Submission message
      • Work notes
    3. Select the Employee from a list of employees with active profiles.
    4. Select the Role from a list of roles that are available to applicants.
    5. Select the appropriate State for the applicant.
    6. Enter a Submission message on behalf of the applicant.
    7. Add Work notes if you want the opportunity owners to have additional information about the applicant.
    8. Select Submit.
