  • As an employee, you can submit a question about, or enroll in the company retirement plan from the Employee Center.

    Employees can ask questions about retirement benefits and request to enroll in a retirement benefit plan by submitting a request through the Employee Center.

    Alternatively, a manager can submit a tuition reimbursement request by opening an HR case: Create an HR case.

    Procedimento

    1. From the Employee Center menu, navigate to Human Resources > Benefits > Retirement.
    2. Click the 401(k) Plan enrollment request.
    3. Complete the form.
      The fields you see depend on how the form is configured and what fields are selected to display.
    4. Click Submit.
      The system creates an HR case and assigns it to the configured HR person. View the status of your request from the My Requests tab.
