    • The form associated with a record in the Leader Hub Metric Configurations table enables you to configure metrics for employee engagement with certain applications in the Talent Development suite. The configurable options are applicable to the metrics that appear in the Growth engagement widget and the employee cards that appear on the Org talent page.

    The form that appears when you create a record in the Leader Hub Metric Configurations table contains the following fields:

    Field Description
    Name The name of the application for which you're creating metrics. This field value should match the value you select in the Metric field.
    Analytics URL The URL for the user interface builder (UIB) page that contains the graphs for the application you select in the Metric field.
    Metric Calculation Base The base for the metric calculation for the application you select in the Metric field. Options are as follows:
    • Select Employee Count to have metrics calculated based on the number of employees using the application you specify in the Metric field.
    • Select Managers Count to have metrics calculated based on the number of managers using the application you specify in the Metric field.
    • Select ICs Count to have metrics calculated based on the number of individual contributors using the application you specify in the Metric field.
    Tooltip Alternate text to provide further details about the employee engagement metric you're configuring.
    Icon Image for the employee engagement metric that you create. This image is associated with the application that you select in the Metric field.
    Application Field value is set to Leader Hub by default.
    Domain The domain in which your metric configuration data is available.
    Description A description to describe the metric you're configuring for the application you selected in the Metric field.
    Active Option to indicate whether the employee engagement metric is available to leaders when they access Leader Hub.
    Enable on Talent Visibility Option to indicate whether the employee engagement metric is visible on the Org talent page when you view a card that contains information about an employee.

    Administrators can select this option for up to three employee engagement metrics that they configure. The system generates the following error message when you exceed the maximum number of metrics permitted to have this option:

    You can only choose up to three metrics to display on talent visibility card.
    Metric An application in the Talent Development suite for which you want to configure metrics. Options are as follows:
    • Aspirations
    • Conversations
    • Growth Plans
    • Learning
    • Mentoring
    Order The sequential order in which your employee engagement metric appears in the Growth engagement widget.
