Add an action for a safety incident or observation
Add an action to address the root causes of the reported safety incident or observation. You can add multiple actions for the incident or observation.

Role required: sn_ohs_im.manager or sn_ohs_im.agent

Resultado
- The action appears in the list of actions in the Health and Safety actions tab of the incident or observation. It is also listed in the Actions list on Health and Safety Workspace.
- The action appears in the assigned user's My Tasks list on both the Employee Center and the Now Mobile app. From either location, the user can respond to the action and update its status.

- You can assign the action to yourself or to another safety team member to start working on it.
- You can share the action, independent of the incident, with other groups or agents, so that they can prevent the similar incident from happening at any of their locations. To share an action, select Copy action. For more information, see Share an action with other teams.
