From the Leader Hub drop-down list, select Org talent.
The Org talent page appears.

Use the organizational chart or the Search for employees in your org field to select an employee who leads a team in your organization.
Dica: The card for each employee reflects whether they have individuals who report to them. You can determine whether an employee leads a team by viewing the number of directs and total reports they have in
their employee card.

Select View team details on the card for the employee that you selected.
The Team details page appears.

View the data on the Team details page to gauge your team's growth and development.
Dica: The Team details page reflects the following information for the team that you selected:
- Team skill score
- Skills that require the most improvement
- Employee engagement with the growth tools provided in the Talent Development
