  • A permit coordinator can issue a permit after the permit approver approves a request.

    Role required: sn_hs_rm.permit_coordinator

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > Health and Safety > Health and Safety Workspace.
    2. Select the risk management icon (Risk assessment icon).
    3. In the Permit to work list, select All and then select a permit to review.
    4. Review the safety requirements.
      As part of the review, the permit coordinator can do the following:
      • Create a Health and Safety action
      • Review the approvers
      • Review the checklist
    5. Opcional: Research content related to the permit by selecting the Agent assist icon (agent assist icon).
      Agent assist searches the knowledge base using the text from the permit's Short description field and shows relevant articles.
    6. Select Issue permit.

    Resultado

    The permit status changes to active and the permit requestor can print the permit through the Employee Center.

    O que Fazer Depois

    Select Close permit when the job is complete. If necessary, the permit coordinator can perform the following further actions after closing the permit:
    • If there are unsafe condition, select Cancel permit in the UI action menu.
    • If a danger is expected after the permit is issued, select Suspend permit in the UI action menu. The permit can be suspended until the inspection is completed.
