Customize contract search columns in amendment intake form
The amendment record producer available in the includes a that displays the list of contracts as per the search criteria.
As an administrator you can configure the columns to be displayed in the widget. For more information on how to configure a widget, see Edit the widget option schema.
Display Yearly Cost for the contracts in the search results
The available in the displays the following columns:
If you want to display the "Yearly Cost", modify the option schema of the Link Contract Data Table Widget, to include the table column name of Yearly Cost.- Number
- Name
- Start date
- End date
- Action
You can access the by navigating to and selecting the Link Contract Data Table Widget

The column name
yearly_cost from the associated table is added in schema.
Nota:
- Do not remove the action column name, as it is required for performing actions
- The column names added should match the names available in the table configured as the legal repository.
