    • The AI search capability in Workplace Service Delivery for Mobile provides AI contextual search for campuses, buildings, floors, and spaces.

    Ensure that you have installed and configured AI search for Workplace Service Delivery for Mobile before searching for a campus, building, or space using AI search.

    Procedimento

    1. Login to Workplace Service Delivery for Mobile mobile.
      The Welcome page appears.
    2. In the search box, search for a campus or building or a space.
      For example, search for a campus (Demo Campus).
    3. On selecting a campus, the campus details appear.
    4. Click See spaces user is directed to select a floor.
    5. Select a floor to see the spaces on the floor.
    6. Select a space and click Submit to reserve the space.
    7. Click Get Directions for getting directions in a workplace.
      Nota:
      The Get Directions option appears only if the workplace has a floor map and you have configured a map provider (Indoor Mapping or Mappedin) in the Map Properties.

    Resultado

    AI search provides better search results based on the following.
    • Recent and popular searches: When tapping the search bar, search results are personalized and based on your recent browse history.
    • Auto-correct typos: Incorrect terminologies or words are automatically corrected while entering the search key terms.
    • Synonym handling: The search engine looks for synonyms from the search key terms and shows the search results accordingly. For example, type 'Building A', AI searches for Building A as well as all floors that belong to Building A.
