  • A safety team such as a safety meeting manager can use the Health and Safety meeting form to add an external attendee or a single internal attendee to a safety meeting.

    Field Description
    Public attendee Option to indicate that the meeting attendee is an external user, from outside your organization.
    Public attendee name Name of the public attendee.

    For a public person, enter the name. This field appears only when the Public attendee option is selected.

    Attendee profile User with the Health and Safety profile in your organization.

    This field appears only when the Public attendee option is not selected.

    User group User group that the meeting attendee belongs to.

    This field appears only when the Public attendee option is not selected. It is automatically set based on the Health and Safety profile of the attendee.

    Email Email ID of the meeting attendee.

    For a public attendee, enter the email ID. This field is available only when the Public attendee option is selected.

    For an employee or visitor, the email ID is auto-populated from the user or visitor profile.

    Attendance Status of attendance of the meeting attendee.
    Type Type of meeting attendee such as Employee, Contractor, Visitor, or Public.

    This field is automatically set based on the value of Public attendee and Attendee profile fields.

    Work notes Notes for the meeting attendee.
