Update a submitted gifts and entertainment disclosure request

  • Update request details, add comments, or upload documents in a gifts and entertainment disclosure request you submitted while it is still in the New state. You can cancel a submitted request irrespective of its state.

    Role required: sn_lg_ops.legal_user

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > Self Service > Employee Center.
    2. Open your submitted legal request from the My Requests option on the header menu.
    3. On the Standard Ticket page, review and edit the request details, manage attachments, or cancel the request.

      Nota:
      This option is available only if the request is in the New state.
      1. From the Actions menu, select Edit Request.
      2. In the Variables form, modify the request details.
      3. Click Save.
      4. Click Back to return to the Standard Ticket page.
      The gifts and entertainment disclosure request is updated with the new information.
      Cancel the request
      1. From the Actions menu, select Cancel Request.
      2. In the Confirm request cancellation dialog box, provide the reason for the cancellation in the Comments field and click Confirm Cancellation.

        The request is canceled and the cancellation comments appear in the Activity tab of the request.

        Any associated active flows are terminated. Any pending approval record is also canceled and a comment is posted in the Activity tab of the approval record.

    4. Opcional: In the Activity tab, provide comments or more information about your request for the request fulfiller.
    5. Opcional: Manage documents supporting your request.
      OptionSteps
      If the Attachments tab is visible
      • To upload a new document, select the add attachment icon (Add attachment icon.) and select a file.
      • To rename an attached file, select the edit file name icon (Edit file name icon.) and update the file name.
      • To remove an attached file, select the delete icon (Delete icon.).
      If the Documents tab is visible
      • To upload a new document, select Attach and select a file.

        A link to the document is listed in the External URL column of the documents list.

      • To remove an attached file, select Delete. In the Delete document dialog box, select a document from the list, and then select Delete.
