    • Send a reminder to custodians for them to acknowledge their role in ensuring that the data related to the legal hold is preserved.

    Role required: sn_lg_hold.legal_hold_fulfiller

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > Legal Request > Legal Counsel Center.
    2. Select the List icon (List icon).
    3. In the Default lists tab, navigate to Matters > All
    4. Select the legal hold matter for which the reminder must be sent.
    5. Select the Tasks tab.
    6. Select the task, which must be in the Assigned state.
    7. Select Send reminder.
    8. On the Send reminder pop-up window, select Send.

    Resultado

    A reminder email is sent to the custodian.

    The message Reminder notice is sent appears in the Activity section.
