    You can submit a request for review of a sales contract to engage legal counsel, get a response to customer questions, or have the terms and conditions provided by customers reviewed.

    Procedimento

    1. Access the sales contract review intake form.

      Using Employee Center
      1. Navigate to All > Employee Center
      2. Select Legal > Browse all Legal from the header.
      3. Search for and open the Sales Contract Review request item.
      Using Legal Service Portal
      1. Navigate to All > Legal Request > Legal Service Portal
      2. Select Service Catalog.
      3. Search for and open the Sales Contract Review request item.
    2. On the form, fill in the fields.

      Field Description
      What does your request involve? Category of the contract.

      If the required category is not listed, select Others.
      Provide details if others Details of the category.

      This field appears only when Others is selected from What does your request involve?.
      Account Sales accounts, owned by you, pulled from the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
      Nota:
      Only the sales account that you have been assigned to are listed.
      Opportunity List of active opportunities associated with the selected account.

      If no opportunity is associated with the selected account, leave the field empty.

      Nota:
      Only the opportunities that you have been assigned to are listed.
      Deal closure date Expected closure date of the opportunity, pulled from the CRM system.

      You can modify the deal closure date to any future date, as required.
      Additional information Additional information about the sales contract.
    3. Opcional: Click the add attachments icon (Add attachments icon) to upload an attachment to the request.
    4. Click Submit.
      The system checks for deflection rules to provide guidance based on the entered information.
      • If the conditions in any deflection rules do not match the details of the request, the legal request is submitted.
      • If the conditions of a deflection rule match the details of the request, the preconfigured legal guidance text appears in a dialog box. You can choose to take any one of the following actions:
        • Follow the guidance and cancel submitting the Legal request.
        • Provide appropriate reasons in Business justification and submit the request.

    Resultado

    The legal request is created and assigned to the legal sales contract group.
