  • Journeys are created in the ServiceNow® Journey designer application to help employees navigate multi-step transitions, such as onboarding, maternity leave, or an interdepartmental transfer. The Now Mobile application enables users to perform journey-related tasks from the convenience of their mobile device.

    Using Journeys on Now Mobile

    Managers can

    • View outstanding tasks and filter them by employee journey or priority.
    • View and complete their own Journeys.
    • View important information about outstanding journeys and drill down on details.
    Nota:
    Managers can create journeys, add mentors, and publish the journeys in the Employee Center on desktop only.

    Mentors can

    • View and complete their outstanding tasks.
    • Receive notifications when they are assigned to an employee's journey.

    Employees can

    • View and complete tasks and training.
    • Navigate through all of their tasks and milestones.
    • Message their mentor or manager
    • Search for help articles.
    • Complete learning courses added by the organization or their manager.
    • Receive notifications when a journey is created for them.
