When an employee submits a COI disclosure, the risk assessment evaluates the request against configured risk factors and assigns an overall risk score and risk level. As a fulfiller, you can view the assessment results to understand why a request was scored at a particular level, review individual risk factor responses, and access the risk assessment report.

Select the Risk responses tab to view the individual risk factor evaluation results.
The Risk responses tab displays a list of all risk factor evaluations performed for this request. The count in the tab label indicates the number of risk factors evaluated.
