View north-star and drill-down metrics

    • View the north-star and drill-down metrics that appear in the Growth engagement widget. Use this data to gauge the level of employee engagement with the growth tools provided in the Talent Development suite of applications.

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > Self-Service > Employee Center.
    2. From the Leader hub drop-down list, select At a glance.
    3. In the Growth engagement widget, select a north-star metric associated with an application in the Talent Development suite that you want to view and analyze.
      Dica:
      The north-star metrics display a percentage that is calculated for employee engagement with certain applications in the Talent Development suite. The north-star metrics are the first row of metrics that appear in the Growth engagement widget.
      The drill-down metrics for the application you selected appears.
    4. View the data in the drill-down metrics to obtain more information about employee engagement with the application you selected.
      Dica:
      The drill-down metrics are graphs that display further details about the corresponding north-star metric. The drill-down metrics appear underneath the north-star metrics.
