    Human Resources Scoped App: Employee Relations [com.sn_hr_employee_relations] enables you to create and manage employee relations cases.

    Plugin Description
    Human Resources Scoped App: Core [com.sn_hr_core] Enables you to standardize the documentation, interaction, and fulfillment of employee inquiries and requests.
    Nota:
    Employee relations require activation of this plugin, but is a separate scope.
    Human Resources Scoped app: Workspace [com.sn_hr_agent_workspace] A single-pane view that tier 1 agents use to respond to all task types, view the full context of an issue, and get relevant recommendations to resolve issues.
    Nota:
    This plugin is optional for ER.
    Evidence Management [com.sn_evidence_management] Enables you to collect, categorize, retain, and secure evidence for use in ER cases. Evidence that requires gathering and reviewing artifacts for an investigation.

    This plugin activates when the Human Resources Scoped App: Employee Relations [com.sn_hr_employee_relations] is activated, but is reusable with other products and applications.

    Interview Templates [com.sn_interview_templates] Enables you to create reusable interview question templates. Having interview templates provides consistent and efficient interviews for Employee Relation interviews.

    This plugin also controls read, write, and access to interviews.

    Nota:
    This plugin is optional for ER.

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > System Applications > All Available Applications > All.
    2. Find the plugin using the filter criteria and search bar.

      You can search for the plugin by its name or ID. If you cannot find a plugin, you might have to request it from ServiceNow personnel.

    3. Select Install to start the installation process.
      Nota:
      When domain separation and delegated admin are enabled in an instance, the administrative user must be in the global domain. Otherwise, the following error appears: Application installation is unavailable because another operation is running: Plugin Activation for <plugin name>.
      You will see a message after installation is completed. For information about the components installed with a plugin, see Find components installed with an application.

    Components installed with HR Service Delivery Employee Relations

    Several types of components are installed with activation of the Human Resources Scoped App: Employee Relations [com.sn_hr_employee_relations] plugin, including tables, and user roles.

    Nota:
    The Application Files table lists the components that are installed with this application. For instructions on how to access this table, see Find components installed with an application.

    Impersonating another user with an ER role is not supported.

    Allegation

    [sn_hr_er_allegation]

    Contains information about an allegation type and subtype.
    Nota:
    A non-metadata table.
    Allegation Subtype

    [sn_hr_er_allegation_subtype]

    Metadata table that provides 59 records to the base system. Allegation subtypes further define an allegation. For example:
    • Allegation type = Discrimination
    • Allegation subtypes: Age, disability, Race, and so on.
    Allegation Type

    [sn_hr_er_allegation_type]

    Metadata table that provides base system records. Examples are:
    • Customer Mistreatment
    • Discrimination
    • Drugs and Alcohol
    • Fraud and Theft
    • Harassment
    • Interpersonal Conflict
    • Misconduct
    • Retaliation

    • Workplace Violence
    Associated Allegation

    [sn_hr_er_m2m_allegation_party]

    Contains information that associates an allegation to subject of allegations.
    Nota:
    A non-metadata table.
    Case Restriction Configuration

    [sn_hr_er_case_restriction]

    Extends the COE Security Policy [sn_hr_core_coe_security_policy] table.
    Corrective Action

    [sn_hr_er_corrective_action]

    Contains information on corrective actions associated with an ER case.
    Nota:
    A non-metadata table.
    Employee Relations Case

    [sn_hr_er_case]

    Extends the HR case [sn_hr_case] table.
    Nota:
    A non-metadata table.
    Interview

    [sn_hr_er_interview]

    Contains information related to ER interviews.
    Nota:
    A non-metadata table.
    Interview Question Template

    [sn_interview_question_template]

    Contains information related to the interview question template.

    Available when the Interview Templates [com.sn_interview_templates] plugin is activated.

    Involved Party

    Contains information on involved parties related to the ER case.
