Define the capacity of workplace areas

    • Set the capacity for areas of your workplace in Workplace Core to enable reservations for the area. The capacity ensures a limit to the workplace reservations for these areas so you can ensure safety guidelines.

    Role required: sn_wsd_core.workplace_manager

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > Workplace Safety Management > Space Administration > Areas.
    2. Open an area to which you want to add the capacity.
    3. On the Area form, enter a value for the Capacity field.
      For example, if this area can accommodate only 8 people safely according to physical distancing guidelines, set the value to 8.
    4. Select Update.
