Select New Provider Content and select Portal Content to create portal notification content.
The options available are as follows.
- Portal Content
- Virtual Agent Content - Chat
- Virtual Agent Content - Messaging
- Workspace
- Next Experience

On the Portal notification content form, fill in the fields and select Submit.
