  • Configure the property that sets the total number of employee hours worked for your organization in the past 12 months. These hours are for the entire organization and are not broken down per establishment.

    This property is required to generate the safety frequency rates metrics on the Health and Safety Workspace landing page.

    The property value is also used to auto-fill the total hours worked when exporting an injury and illness report, such as the OSHA 300A form, when annual information is not available for the establishment.

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > Health and Safety > Health and Safety administration > Properties.
    2. In the property Total Hours Worked, enter the total number of employee hours worked for your organization in the past 12 months.
    3. Select Save.
