Associate Guided Self-Service Process to a topic

  • You can make Guided Self-Service available from a topic. The GSS content appears on the topic page enabling your employees to easily self-serve.

    Antes de Iniciar

    Role required: admin, topic manager, taxonomy manager or contributor

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > Content Taxonomy > Topics.
    2. Click and open the topic to which you want to associate the GSS content.
    3. On the Guided Self-Service Process tab, click New.
    4. On the form, fill in the fields.

      Field Description
      Guided Self-Service process Guided Self-Service process associated with the topic. Search for and select the Guided self-service process associated with the topic.
      Topic Topic in which you want the Guided Self-Service process to appear.
      Order Order in which you want the Guided Self-Service process to appear.
      Nota:
      When you associate a guided self-service process to a sub-topic, the guided help also appears on its parent topic.
    5. Click Submit.

    Resultado

    The GSS content appears on the topic page enabling your employees to easily self-serve.
