Exploring Workplace Service Delivery for Mobile
Manage your workplace reservations using the ServiceNow Now Mobile app.
Install and configure the Workplace Service Delivery for Mobile plugin on your ServiceNow instance. Install the application separately as it is not available within the Workplace Service Delivery suite.
Use the workplace services provided by your organization on your mobile directly. The Workplace Service Delivery for Mobile for Mobile application enables you to do the following:
- Manage your workplace service requests at any time using your mobile device.
- Make single or multiple reservations for workplaces.
- Make multi-day reservations.
- Reserve a neighborhood space.
- Scan the QR code and quickly reserve a space.
- Get directions to your workplace.
- Check in and check out your reservations.
- Search for locations based on standard services and reservable purposes.
- Review, edit, and cancel your reservations.
- Search for a campus, building, and a space using AI search.
- View meeting notes added to a reservation, if applicable.
Nota:
Using the application, you can create, edit, cancel, check in, and check out a reservation. But you cannot create a recurring reservation or group reservation using the application.
