    Journey designer data model and related applications

    Journey designer expands the possibilities for managers and administrators to create consistent and meaningful employee journeys. Journeys are created by using Lifecycle Events and Journey Accelerator features and functionality to support employees and mentors navigate various journeys.

    Lifecycle Events
    Lifecycle Events enable the fulfillment of HR cases that are related to various employee journeys and transitions.
    Journey Accelerator
    Administrators can use the ServiceNow® Journey Accelerator application to create templates for plans and to-do tasks. Managers then use the templates to create and publish customized plans for key employee transitions. Managers, employees, and mentors can access the plans from the Employee Center (EC).
    Integrations for Journey designer app
    Extend the Journey designer application's capabilities by integrating other applications into the journey experience.

    Administrators can

    • Configure analytical reports and display the results in dashboards.

    • Navigate through all of their tasks and milestones.
    • Schedule events and complete learning.
    • Complete learning courses added by your organization or your manager.
