    • Configure the target table and field mappings to create a department level ticket and to set the fields according to the field mappings.

    Role required: ur_admin

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > Universal Request > Administration > Mapping Configuration.
    2. Click New.
    3. On the form, fill in the fields.
      For more information, see Mapping configuration form.
    4. Click Submit.

    Post this configuration, map the service fields with that of the UR fields to enable a seamless transfer of tickets. For more information, see Map UR fields with target table fields.
