Manage your appointments

    Role required: none

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > Self-Service > Employee Center.
    2. From My active items, select Appointments.
    3. Opcional: Select an Appointment category and Appointment state to filter the list of appointments.
    4. Opcional: Select an appointment to open the Appointment details page.
    5. From the context menu, select an option based on your requirement.
      Nota:
      You can perform these actions from the Appointment list page or the Appointment details page.

      Cancel

      The Cancel appointment window opens. You can cancel the appointment by selecting Yes, cancel.

      Update

      The Schedule appointment page opens. The fields are pre-filled with the appointment details. You can edit the details and reschedule the appointment.

      Give Feedback

      The Give feedback window opens. You can select a rating and provide additional comments.

      This option is available only if the appointment state is Complete. You can only give one feedback for an appointment.
