Health and Safety user profile

  • A Health and Safety profile provides safety team with all the information about a user in one central place.

    It enables them to access all safety-related information about users (including employees, visitors, and contractors) in the organization. They can see safety training records of workers and can easily track who is trained in what, and view safety incidents and other safety-related records associated with them.

    Overview of a Health and Safety profile

    The following image shows an example profile of a Health and Safety user.

    The Details tab displays key information about the user such as their expertise, location, and employment start date.

    The profile also shows the following health and safety-related records associated with the user in the respective tabs.
    • Actions that are assigned to the user
    • Audits the user is involved in
    • Cases opened by the user
    • Documents that are associated with the user
    • Exposures the user is affected by
    • Incidents the user is involved in
    • Injury and illnesses where they user is injured
    • Inspections the user is assigned
    • Job safety analyses (JSAs) the user is involved in
    • Observations the user is involved in
    • Risk Assessments the user is involved in
    • Site access the user is involved in
    The tabs in a profile appear based on the installed Health and Safety applications.

    Accessing Health and Safety profile

    To open the Health and Safety profile for a user,
    1. Navigate to All > Health and Safety > Health and Safety Workspace.
    2. Select the configuration icon (Configuration icon) and select the Health and safety profiles list.

    Assigning Health and Safety profile
