    You must have Project Workspace installed and configured to create opportunities from project files. See, Project Workspace.

    Procedimento

    1. From the Employee Center, go to Opportunity Marketplace > Opportunities you own.
      Any existing opportunities that you own are listed. For the first opportunity you create, you see the message No opportunities yet.
    2. Select Create an opportunity.
      The Create an opportunity widget is started.
      Nota:

      Access to create custom opportunities is controlled by user criteria maintained in the Opportunity Type table [sn_opp_market_opportunity_type].

    3. Select Create using an existing project.
    4. Select Next.
    5. Select a project from the list.
      Start entering text in the Search for a project... field to search for available projects.
    6. Select Next.
    7. Fill in the form with the details for the opportunity that you selected.

      Field Description
      Opportunity owner You’re listed as the owner of opportunities that you create. You can add additional co-owners from the list. This field is in the Opportunity table[sn_opp_market_opportunity].
      Project title
      Nota:
      The name for this field varies depending on the opportunity type.
      A project title is visible to users and it’s used to help in the search for available opportunities. This field is in the Opportunity table[sn_opp_market_opportunity].
      Project description
      Nota:
      The name for this field varies depending on the opportunity type.
      Include all relevant details for an opportunity. Add the details of opportunities to help potential applicants decide whether they want to apply for the opportunity. This field is in the Opportunity table[sn_opp_market_opportunity].
      Start date The beginning date for the role. This field is in the Opportunity table[sn_opp_market_opportunity].
      End date The end date for the opportunity. This field is in the Opportunity table[sn_opp_market_opportunity].
      Who can view this opportunity? Select from the list to make the opportunity visible to different groups of applicants. Leaving the field empty makes the project visible to everyone.
      Additional details Add additional details that an applicant might want to learn about or want to understand.
      Add attachments Attachments can include related information such department details of the team an applicant would be working with or more extensive details about gigs, projects, or volunteer opportunities. Attachments are attached to the corresponding opportunity record.
      1. From the Opportunity owner list, select co-owners to an opportunity to enable management of the opportunity.
        The user who creates the opportunity is by default the owner of the opportunity. You can add additional owners by selecting users from the list.
      2. From the Who can view this opportunity? list, select one or more groups to enable members of the group to view the opportunity.

        User criteria control who can view opportunities. Leaving this field empty, enables everyone in your organization to see the opportunity. Select user groups to restrict access to the members of the selected groups.

    8. Select Next.
    9. Select Add a role.
    10. Fill in the form with the role details.

    11. Select Add role to team.
    12. Select Next.
    13. Review the details of your opportunity.
      Select the Edit icon if you must change any of the details.
    14. When you’re satisfied with your opportunity, select Publish.
