Work on legal requests for complaints assigned to you or as a collaborator to resolve issues or answer queries.

Antes de Iniciar

Role required: sn_lg_investigate.fulfiller

Procedimento

1. Navigate to All > Legal Request > Legal Counsel Center.
2. Open a legal request assigned to you to review and perform tasks.
   • Work on the legal request to verify the complaint details and conduct an initial inquiry.
   • Add or modify an involved party in the Involved Parties tab.
   • If the legal request needs thorough investigation, promote it to a legal matter.
   • Either close the request or cancel the legal request.
     • Close the request after you've resolved it.
     • If you identify that the request doesn't need any action, you can cancel it.
