Add recommended learning to a journey

  • Managers and mentors with Can add recommended learning are able to add courses to a journey.

    Role required: Manager or mentor

    Nota:
    Select the option Can add recommended learning in Manage journey configuration > Journey owners permissions to display the Add courses button on the Employee Center.

    Procedimento

    1. From the Employee Center, select the Journeys page.
      Nota:
      The Journeys page is displayed only if the logged in user is a manager and has one reporting employee.
    2. Select a journey to edit it.
    3. Select the Add courses button on the Recommended learning widget.
    4. Select a course by typing the name in the search bar or choose a course from the list.
    5. Click the +Add button by the course to add it.
    6. Click Add course to add the selected course(s) to the widget.
