    • Enable the audio conferencing to allow the users to participate in the conference call by dialing the conference bridge number.

    This is an additional configuration, which is optional and can be used as required.

    Role required: sn_notify_msteams.admin

    Procedimento

    1. In your ServiceNow instance, navigate to All > Notify > Microsoft Teams > Configuration.
    2. Select Enable Audio Conferencing.
      Enable audio conferencing option
    3. Select Save.
