    • If you are a DaaS provider, vendor, or manufacturer, you can fulfill RMA requests from your customers by creating and managing provider-based RMA response orders.

    To successfully fulfill an RMA request, you must perform the following tasks in the RMA response order workflow:
    1. Create an RMA response order
    2. Create corresponding RMA response order lines
    3. Complete the RMA response order
