Create a quality standard to indicate the requirements and guidelines that you must follow while performing your enterprise asset calibrations.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_eam.enterprise_admin

## About this task

You can specify the calibrations that are required for your enterprise assets by using calibration attributes. When you create a calibration attribute, you can apply a quality standard to indicate the set of requirements and
guidelines that you must follow during the associated calibrations. By following a quality standard, you can achieve consistent, reliable, and accurate calibrations across your deployment.

For more details on calibration attributes, see [Add calibration attributes to an enterprise asset](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/tkBHdnfdjdRYdDRXeA4FQQ "Add calibration attributes to an enterprise asset to specify and manage the calibrations that are required for the asset throughout its life cycle.") or [Add calibration attributes to an enterprise model](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/DKzlcQMKb2mpc6YJj6K~tQ "Add calibration attributes to an enterprise model to specify and manage the calibrations that are required for the associated enterprise assets throughout their life cycles.").
