Create a knowledge article for Enterprise Asset Management
Create and edit knowledge articles within a knowledge base to share information across your organization. You can create articles about the Enterprise Asset Management application on subjects such as troubleshooting and configuration.

Role required: sn_eam.enterprise_admin
Procedure
Result
After an article is created and published, users with the enterprise technician [enterprise_asset_technician] role can attach the articles to enterprise models.
You can search for or view articles in your ServiceNow instance by typing Enterprise Asset Knowledge Base in the navigation bar. All articles on Enterprise Asset Knowledge Base are listed.
You can also see the asset's model knowledge articles in the Model Knowledge related list in the asset form. The work order and the work order task forms also has the Parts Knowledge related list.
