| User principal name | User name or email address of the user. |
| Subscription profile | Name of the user subscription profile. |
| Storage allocated (bytes) | Storage allocated to the user in bytes. |
| Storage used (bytes) | Storage used by the user in bytes. |
| Product | Name of the product for the usage record. |
| Is deleted | Indicates whether the user's storage account, such as Microsoft OneDrive or mailbox, has been deleted. |
