Users with the contract_manager role can use the Contract Management application to create
various types of contracts, such as leases, warranties, maintenance, and service.  
You can add the following information to contracts.

* Assets covered by the contract
* Users covered by the contract
* Terms and conditions associated with the contract
* Other documents related to the contract

Track the various stages of a contract from draft to closure by viewing contract history and
running reports. Adjust, extend, and renew active contracts.
