Avoid anonymous user information in Microsoft 365 reports on activity to be imported to ServiceNow.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Log in to [Microsoft 365 admin center](https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home) by using your admin credentials.
2. Navigate to SettingsServicesOrg settingsReports.
3. Deselect the Display concealed user, group, and site names in all reports check box.
