Managing inbound asset orders for requested Device as a Service (DaaS) assets

    • If you are a DaaS provider, vendor, or manufacturer, you can create and manage provider-based inbound asset orders to provide your customers with the DaaS assets that are requested through your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) response orders.

    To successfully fulfill a request, you must perform the following tasks in the inbound asset order workflow:
    1. Create an inbound asset order
    2. Create corresponding inbound asset order lines
    3. Complete the inbound asset order
