Enterprise Asset Dashboard
This dashboard offers a 360-degree view of all assets with filtering options such as location, stockroom, model category, and classification. It includes widgets that display:
- Asset count by model category: Number of assets grouped by categories like Medical General or Vehicles.
- Asset count by lifecycle state: Grouping assets by states such as Retired, In use, or In stock.
- Asset value by model category: Cost distribution across different model categories.
Overall Performance
Key widgets provide insights on asset lifecycle phases, discovered versus undiscovered assets, assets eligible for refresh, and detailed TCO metrics. Customers can:
- Track model lifecycle stages (General Availability, End of Life, etc.).
- Compare discovered and undiscovered assets by model category.
- Identify assets due for refresh based on expiry dates.
- Analyze TCO with the ability to create or view comparative reports filtered by location, model category, and classification.
- Manage offline reports by running update jobs to refresh data sources.
Asset Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Insights
- Reached and Approaching benchmark TCO: Number of assets hitting or nearing cost benchmarks.
- Capital planning: Identifies assets suitable for capital investment based on lifecycle status.
- Top 10 models with highest average TCO: Visual representation of models with the greatest cost impact.
- Expense distribution: Breakdown of asset expenses by cost types like purchase, contracts, labor, and utilities.
- Monthly expense trends: Distribution of costs over the past 12 months to track spending patterns.
Asset Performance
This section focuses on critical key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:
- Availability: Average availability percentage of tracked assets.
- Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF): Average operational time between failures.
- Mean Time To Repair (MTTR): Average time to repair assets.
Users can apply filters by domain, location, classification, or model to analyze specific asset segments. Weekly trends are available, and KPI targets and alert signals can be configured to monitor performance changes actively.
Data Visualizations
Asset managers can view, create, and manage data visualizations using the Visualization Designer. Visualizations can be bookmarked, certified, owned, or shared with the user. Editing rights are restricted to the visualizations created by the user, enabling tailored and controlled reporting.
Use the Asset Analytics view to get a detailed view of all your assets, their overall performance, and the asset total cost of ownership (TCO).

Asset TCO
This tab provides a detailed view of the TCO and displays key metrics that show the real-time status of assets regarding TCO benchmarks.
You can create new comparative reports and view existing ones.
You can filter the data based on location, stockroom, model category, and classification.
You can select New to create a TCO report.
Select a report icon to directly open a report or select the report name to open the report form.

You can see a weekly trend of the average KPI values in the report. The Asset Availability list provides KPI details for all enterprise assets that are tracked. The average KPI values are calculated based on the assets in this list.
When you select any KPI report, the KPI Details page appears. This page enables you to explore the information within that KPI. You can set targets you want to achieve and also set signals to notify you of any significant changes in the KPI.

Data Visualizations
The Data Visualizations tab enables the asset managers to view and create data visualizations in the Visualization Designer. As an asset manager, you can view the visualizations that are bookmarked, certified, owned by you, and shared with you. You can only edit the visualizations that you created.
