View transfer order lines for requested parts

    Transfer orders move necessary parts between stockrooms or to a location where an agent can receive them. The transfer order lines are created as following:
    • For consumable parts, only one transfer order line is created for all requested parts.
    • For hardware or non-consumable parts, one transfer order line is created for each asset of the requested parts.

    Prozedur

    1. Open the ServiceNow Agent application.
    2. View the transfer orders.

      1. Tap Inventory.
      2. In the My Part Requirements section, tap See all.
      3. Tap the part requirement for which you wanted to view the transfer orders.
      4. Tap the Related List tab.
      5. In the Transfer order lines section, tap See all.

      1. Tap My Work.
      2. In the My Tasks section, tap See all.
      3. Select the work order task for which you want to find the part.
      4. Tap Related lists and then tap Part Requirements.
      5. Tap the Related List tab.
      6. In the Transfer order lines section, tap See all.

      1. Tap Inventory.
      2. Tap My requests section.
      3. Tap the part request for which you wanted to view the transfer orders.
      4. In the Transfer order lines section, tap See all.
