Advanced Appointment Booking allows you to configure flexible schedules, holidays and appointment window durations for a territory.

Advanced Appointment Booking enables you to configure flexible appointment window, define holidays across territories, support overlapping appointment windows, and define schedule at the territory level to
reflect regional operating conditions.

Advanced overrides make it possible to handle temporary exceptions without changing base configurations. The capability also supports configurable work and travel durations for more accurate slot calculations, controlled overbooking to
manage demand spikes, and appointment slot recommendations.  
The steps for configuring Advanced Appointment Booking are:

1.
