Search for agents with specific attributes in Dispatcher Workspace so you can make appropriate assignments.

## Vorbereitungen

Role required: wm_dispatcher

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllField ServiceDispatchingDispatcher Workspace.
2. Select Dispatcher Workspace.
3. Search for field service agents or skills.

   | Search criteria | Description |
   | Agent name | Type an agent name in the Search resources field and select the Search (![Search.]()) icon. |
   | Rank Resources | Rank resources by level of importance. 1. Select the Rank Resources ![Rank resources.]() icon 2. Select a sort option to view the agents who meet the specific attributes and are available: Default, Distance, Skills, Parts, Auto Assign Rules.    | Date | Select a date from the calendar to view agents who are available on the selected day. |

## Ergebnisse

Field service agents are listed based on the filter criteria. If agents aren't available for the time period mentioned in the work order task, a message displays.
