Refreshing Dispatcher Workspace reloads resources, work shifts, personal events and work order tasks that are shown on calendar.

## Warum und wann dieser Vorgang ausgeführt wird

Refreshing Dispatcher Workspace also resets the expanded groups or territories and loads only the number of resources configured. The number of expanded groups or territories is defined in the system property
`calendar_resources_page_size`.

Reloading Dispatcher Workspace is important if you want to get the latest data without having auto refresh enabled.

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllField ServiceDispatchingDispatcher Workspace.
2. Select Dispatcher workspace.
3. Select the Refresh icon ![Refresh icon]().  
   Dispatcher Workspace refreshes.
