Switching between assignment group and territory views in Workforce helps simplify planning and managing team tasks and resources efficiently.

## Vorbereitungen

Role required: wm_basic

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to Workforce.
   * Managers, navigate to AllField ServiceManagerWorkforce.

   * Agents, navigate to AllField ServiceAgentWorkforce.
   * If Workforce Optimization is installed and activated, managers can navigate to WorkspacesManager WorkspaceWorkforce.

2. Select the gear icon.
3. In the Show resources by field, select Assignment group or Territory.  
   If Territory isn't listed in the Show resources by field, have your administrator verify that [Field Service Territory Planning](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/OTUSHAxY9E2ILDyRjA0FUg "Field Service Territory Planning identifies the best matched territory for a work order task based on conditions that you set. You can then assign tasks to the individual agent or group best positioned to execute a service call based on the associated territories.") is properly configured.
4. Select Save.
