Simplify your scheduling process and create a crew of Field Service technicians that can be assigned to work together using the Field Service Crew Operations feature.

Field Service Crew Operations enable you to assign the same set of resources repeatedly to recurring tasks. Crew members work together on the assigned task
for a set number of hours, days, weeks, or months. The crew leader can record the crew's work contributions using the mobile application.

Field Service Crew Operations provides easier assignment of multiple agents to tasks, better management of agents, improved visibility into long-cycle tasks, and real time visibility on schedule tasks. Benefits of Field Service Crew Operations include:  
* Creating crews for scheduled and ad hoc events/ situations.

* Highlighting available crews for tasks based on skills, location, covered radius, and availability.

* Using the map to pick the closest crew based on real-time location.

* Easily distinguish tasks requiring a crew in the task panel.

* Automatically assign tasks to crews based on dynamic scheduling rules.
