# Create and upload image assets

You must create the images that you plan to use on the map in Dispatcher Workspace before you start the customization process. Uploading the assets to the system UI first makes it easier to complete the following steps.

You must design your own icons and have them ready before starting the customization process. Check existing icons to understand the dimensions and necessary icon format.

Each new icon that you want to add requires three different versions of it:

1. The icon
2. A version of the icon when it's moused over
3. A version of the icon when it's highlighted

## Prozedur

1. Create all the image assets and have them ready to upload.
2. Navigate to AllSystem UIImages.
3. Create a new `db_image` record for each icon.
4. Set Name field to match exact naming described below.  
   In the example below there are three image file, these are all different versions of the same icon you're uploading.
   1. sn_fsm_disp_wrkspc.resource-default.svg.

      Description: Single resource default state.
   2. sn_fsm_disp_wrkspc.resource-hover.svg.

      Description: Single resource hover state.
   3. sn_fsm_disp_wrkspc.resource-selected.svg.

      Description: Single resource selected state.

5. Upload SVG the files.
6. Ensure scope is set to `sn_fsm_disp_wrkspc`.
